Q1. What's your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack conduits by the bundle. For fittings, we pack by the carton.

Q2. What's your terms of payment?
A: In the normal condition, we prefer to T/T 30% as deposit, and balance by copy of B/L. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages and loading pictures. Of course, It's negotiable.

Q3. What's your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: We have materials or semi-products in stock, the trial order or urgent needs can be delivered within 7 days after receiving your advance payment. Container orders are usually delivered in 30 days.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. 

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: Samples are free and freight is paid by the customer.
